The nearly 500 guests who attended the Warehouse District’s 15th Annual Holiday Tour enjoyed great culinary samplings from some of the District’s finest restaurants, while touring properties in Cleveland’s first neighborhood and downtown’s oldest commercial center.

Festivities began in the Bridgeview Apartments’ Atrium, 1300 West Ninth  Street, where guests picked up identification buttons for entry into tour sites.

Guests had the unique opportunity to view stunning homes of residents in the The Bingham, Erie Building and Grand Arcade; tour offices of The Ferchill Group, featuring the historic office of Samuel Mather; preview the new Portside  Distillery & Brewery, and shop at Small Box, the Warehouse District’s new retail  project, featuring Banyan Box, The Wardrobe and the Official Team Shop of the  Cleveland Browns. As guests completed their tours, they gathered at Holy Craft,  1276 West Sixth Street, for a Dessert Reception courtesy of this restaurant and  Constantino’s Market, and featuring entertainment by Backstreet Duo. This year’s  event raised approximately $19,000, benefiting the Historic Warehouse District  Development Corporation which will use proceeds to help further development  and reinvestment in the District.
