Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation “Annual Warehouse District Holiday Tour”

The annual Warehouse District Holiday Tour ushered in the season’s festivities for the 18th year in a row.

More than 300 guests attended the benefit for the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation. They had an opportunity to view stunning examples of district living and new downtown developments, while sampling food from neighborhood restaurants and enjoying live musical entertainment. Tour guides provided information about each stop and related details about the city’s history along the way.

The evening began in the atrium at Bridgeview apartments, with appetizers provided by Bar Louie, Brasa Grill, Camino Taco and Tequila Bar, Mallorca and Hanabi Sushi. The next stop was a tenant’s unit at The Bradley, with food by Barley House and entertainment by guitarist Rick Iacoboni.  A visit to the penthouse suite at the Standard Building featured a panoramic view of downtown as well as food by the Taza Lebanese Grill and music by The Gratitude Trio.

Partygoers had an opportunity to take a photo with Santa while sipping holiday cocktails at the Velvet Dog nightclub. A short walk to Worthington Yards provided appetizers by Blue Point Grille and Cleveland Chop and entertainment by renowned pianist Tom Ballog. Lolly the Trolley transported attendees to the new home of the Cleveland Children’s Museum, where guests could enjoy snacks by A Taste of Excellence catering. The evening ended with dessert and coffee at Liquid nightclub and music by the Brent Kirby Trio.
